VoxiGen provides a web-based voxel editor that lets users create, edit, and export 3D voxel models. The Service includes real-time rendering, cloud storage, and support for third-party AI services (users may integrate their own API keys for AI-powered features).

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to pay applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service allows integration with third-party AI providers using your own API keys. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Nikolatec, LLC is not responsible for third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other reasons. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikolatec, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
