1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoxiGen (the "Service"), operated by Nikolatec, LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxiGen provides a web-based editor that lets users create, edit, and export 3D voxel models and visualize volumetric data (such as CT scans) directly in the browser. The Service includes real-time GPU rendering, mesh export, and built-in AI generation of images and 3D models, metered by prepaid credits.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for activity on your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the voxel models and other content you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

4.2 Our Content

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Nikolatec, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware or malicious content
  • Harass or harm others
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or systems
  • Use the Service commercially without prior consent

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to pay applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.

7. Third-Party Services

AI generation features are powered by third-party AI providers that we operate on your behalf: when you use them, your prompts and any input images are sent to those providers to produce results. We also rely on third-party providers for hosting and payment processing. Your use of these underlying services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and Nikolatec, LLC is not responsible for their availability or output.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other reasons. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikolatec, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
